Pilialoha Dating Services LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, or any conduct that makes clients, members, or participants feel unsafe or uncomfortable, during participation in any of its events or services. This behavior includes harassment, insults, unwanted physical contact or comments, or conduct that violates Pilialoha Dating Services LLC standards.
Examples of behaviors that violate the 86'ed Policy include (but are not limited to):
-Verbal and abusive comments related to sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, religion, age, gender, identity, et cetera.
-Harassment and/or intimidation of any kind
-Any form of physical violence or causing any injury to clients, members, or participants at events
-Inappropriate contact
- Stalking
*All standards apply across all media platforms and events.
Any violation may result in immediate removal from services or events and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. If you are removed for violating the 86'ed Policy for any reason, you will not receive a refund and you will be disqualified from participating in any future events or services.
If you experience or witness any of these violations, report it to Pilialoha Dating Services LLC, contact the proper authorities, or report it to a staff member (if applicable) so that action can be taken.
