Law Enforcement

Pilialoha Dating Services LLC is sometimes referred to as “PDS,” and the Client, Member, or Participant is sometimes referred to as “Client” or “CMP” or “CMPs”.

Once a policy violation is identified, we will determine if it is criminal. When a policy violation involves a potential crime PDS will conduct a fact-finding review. If it involves a criminal matter PDS will contact local law enforcement and law enforcement will manage the criminal investigation. Depending on the situation, law enforcement may need to collect information about the violation, collect physical or digital evidence, secure the scene, interview immediate witnesses, or apprehend suspects. PDS will cooperate with law enforcement investigators by sharing any information and evidence given to PDS that supports the investigation. If evidence meets legal thresholds, law enforcement may issue a citation, make formal arrests, or forward its findings to the District Attorney’s office for prosecution. If PDS’s fact-finding review shows evidence of a violation there will be an immediate termination of the CMP from utilizing any and all of PDS services.
