Refund Policy

All Services are non-refundable. No refunds are given at any time for any reason with two exceptions: One, if a CMP purchases a “1 Month Add On” for Matchmaking Services and does not need the full month of service, they can cancel before the month ends with written notice and receive a prorated refund. Two, if a PDS event does not have enough participants or is canceled on PDS’s part then full refunds will be given.

If a CMP cannot attend an event they signed up for the CMP can exchange admission for another event of equal value one time without penalty. After that one time, the CMP will forfeit the admission fee if they do not attend the event.

PDS has the right to refuse service to a CMP for violating policies and no refund will be given.

Pilialoha Dating Services LLC is sometimes referred to as “PDS,” and the Client, Member, or Participant is sometimes referred to as “Client” or “CMP” or “CMPs”.
